My professional foundation began in finance, serving in roles including Cost Accountant and Controller, where I developed extensive expertise in product costing, capital investment analysis, return-on-investment evaluation, and profitability management. This financial background provides a unique perspective when evaluating sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, inventory investments, and overall supply chain performance.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management, where I successfully developed sourcing strategies that improved product margins, strengthened supplier performance, and enhanced operational efficiency. My experience includes domestic and international sourcing, supplier development, make-versus-buy analysis, inventory optimization, tariff evaluation, and risk management initiatives designed to balance profitability with customer delivery expectations.
